In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the total number of voting rights and capital as at the date of this announcement is 124,961,900 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each.

The above figure of 124,961,900 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for notifications of voting control over the Company's shares.  The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in treasury and has no other category of share in issue.
