5.1  Unless otherwise agreed, notice of each meeting confirming the venue, time and date, together with an agenda of items to be discussed, shall be forwarded , in advance of each meeting, to each member of the Committee, and any other person attending such meeting as may be appropriate.

5.2  The Chief Executive shall have the right to address any meeting of the Committee except where specifically personally conflicted; others may be called upon to attend and/or speak at any meeting of the Committee as may be determined by the Committee from time to time.
