4. Meetings
4.1 The Committee shall meet at least once in each financial year of the Company and at such other times as the Chairman of the Committee shall require.
4.2 A Meeting can be requested by any member of the Committee.
4.3 No one other than the Chairman of the Committee and its members shall be entitled to be present at any meeting of the Committee. Others may be called upon to attend and/or speak at any meeting of the Committee as may be determined by the Committee from time to time.
