15. Authority
15.1 The Committee is authorised to:
15.1.1 Investigate any activity within its terms of reference;
15.1.2 Seek any information it requires from any director, officer or employee of the Company or of the Group and to call any director, officer or employee of the Company to be questioned at a meeting of the Committee as and when required, in order to perform its duties; and
15.1.3 Obtain, at the Company's expense, outside legal or other professional advice on any matters within its terms of reference.
