Defence Sixth Form College

On 7 May 2003 Interserve and its consortium partner TQ Education and Training Ltd signed a contract with the MoD the £250 million Defence Sixth Form College Public Private Partnership. Following the preferred bidder announcement at the end of January, financial closure was achieved in three months - the fastest ever for an MoD accomodation project. The project involves the design and construction of the college followed by the provision of facilities management and educational services over a 28-year period.

The project was officially opened by HRH The Duchess of Gloucester on 30 September 2005. Read the news release. 

Armada Project

A further announcement by the MoD on 7 July 2004, confirmed that the consortium led by Interserve is has signed the contract for the 'ARMADA' PFI project to provide and service the single living accommodation (SLA) in the Fleet Accommodation Centre at Devonport.
