CARE is a three-tiered training programme for customer service, designed to respond to the varying needs of our customer base.  Central to this programme is our vision and values and how these fit with the objectives and culture of our customers, equipping our teams with the necessary foundation to strive for service excellence in everything they do.  CARE training is delivered at three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold, determined by the level of interaction our staff have with our customers.

The template for CARE is flexible and adaptable.  By working closely with our customers to understand their objectives, we can design, produce and implement a customer service solution, with intelligent and responsive operational teams that are completely in tune with your business.

Our CARE programme was Highly Commended in the Customer Service Category of the BiFM Investors in Excellence Awards.
