Interserve Engineering Services has secured a £3.4 million mechanical and electrical services contract for a new build office development at 62 – 64 Queen Street in London.  The new 9,800m2 building will comprise a basement and six levels of office accommodation.

The existing buildings have already been demolished with the exception of some retained facades.  Major services plant and equipment will be located at basement and roof levels, and fully serviced commercial accommodation will be provided on levels.
