Acting as Main Contractor, Engineering Services have been successful in securing a project to install the new chilled water and boiler plant, together with new distribution mains and associated builders work at Alpha Tower in Birmingham.
Leeds Schools BSF - Circa £19.3m
As part of the Interserve-led consortium Environments for Learning (E4L), Interserve Engineering Services will be carrying out the installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services to 5 No. secondary schools in the Leeds area.

Interserve Engineering Services have been continuing their success with the HM Prison Services by securing HMP Kennett. Interserve were approached by the client in order to deliver this 'Fast Track' project, which required the refurbishment of the existing NHS Ashworth East Hospital to create a temporary Category C Prison.

M & E Services on the replacement of 7 schools over 5 sites, with 4 of the schools sharing the same site and common facilities.
Roundhouse Theatre, Camden £3.5m
Interserve Engineering Services have been awarded the contract to replace the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems, together with specialist theatre systems, for this Grade II listed building. The services value for the project is £3.5m.
