Mr Hannah, 54, was appointed to the board in 1995 and as an Executive Director was principally responsible for overseeing the Group’s Equipment Services Division, which trades as RMD Kwikform.
Steven Dance has been appointed as Managing Director of RMD Kwikform and will take up his new role on 14th June 2004. He will lead RMD Kwikform’s global businesses, reporting to Interserve Plc Chief Executive, Adrian Ringrose. Mr Dance, 46, joins the company from Erico Inc, where he was President of the Fixing & Fastening Businesses. He has previously worked for Scottish Power Plc, Coats Viyella Plc and Schlumberger SA in a variety of international management positions.

The Group continues to trade well and is in line to meet expectations in the half year. Our Equipment Services division is showing progressively improving month on month performance as we continue to drive the re-establishment of the businesses’ long-term profitability and growth trend. Going forward, our Group board will comprise the Chairman, four executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors".
